Born in Massachusetts, attorney Cerasa fell in love with Central Illinois after relocating to Champaign with his family. Michael attended the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He began his professional career in law in Florida immediately after and has been admitted by state bars in Illinois and Florida, and in Florida’s Northern, Middle, and Southern districts as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. A longtime advocate for accident victims, attorney Cerasa is focused on holding negligent people responsible for their carelessness or greed and making sure that injured folks understand their rights and don’t get ripped off by insurance companies.
He has been named a Super Lawyer, holds a 10 out of 10 rating on AVVO, and has been ranked as one of Florida’s Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers.
