As Director of Legal Operations at VanDerGinst Law, Christina is committed to ensuring every personal-injury client feels supported, informed, and confident as their case moves through the legal process. She brings a diverse professional background in hospitality management, corporate sales, real estate, and nearly a decade of hands-on personal injury experience, giving her strong skills in client service, communication, negotiation, and operational leadership.
Before moving into firmwide leadership, Christina worked as a paralegal, gaining firsthand insight into what clients need during some of the most stressful times in their lives. She understands the complexities of personal-injury claims, including medical records management, insurance negotiations, provider communication, and coordinating the many moving parts that contribute to successful case outcomes.
In her current role, Christina supports the legal operations across all VanDerGinst Law offices, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to help ensure cases move efficiently and clients receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the legal process. Her focus is on strengthening communication, supporting internal teams, improving day-to-day operations, and helping create a compassionate and dependable experience for both clients and staff alike.
Rooted in the Quad Cities community, Christina is passionate about serving individuals who are hurting and in need while helping create a better client experience through professionalism, clarity, and care. Outside of work, she enjoys the arts, the outdoors, reading, lifelong learning, and travel, as well as spending time with her two children, family, and beloved pets. Christina is passionate about human rights, environmental issues, and supporting underserved communities, and she values opportunities to continually explore new places, perspectives, and experiences that broaden her understanding of the world.
