Aniana Hernandez works diligently on behalf of her clients to move each of their cases toward a successful resolution. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and determination to get the job done. Aniana understands the challenges clients face during their cases and works hard to ensure that each matter progresses efficiently. She keeps clients informed at every phase so they understand where their case stands and what to expect next.
Aniana brings several years of experience in workers’ compensation, having worked on both sides of the aisle. This experience gives her a practical understanding of the process and allows her to help move cases forward effectively.
Prior to her current role, Aniana worked at Costa Ivone, where she served as a legal assistant and helped settle hundreds of cases during the pre-litigation stage. She also gained valuable experience at Cary J. Wintroub, where she worked in both pre-litigation and litigation, assisting clients from the beginning of their cases through the final step of receiving their settlement check.
Outside of work, Aniana enjoys staying active through athletic activities, visiting museums, and reading books.
