The Rock Island County Law Library is open the public.

The library is dedicated to ensuring equal access to legal and governmental information, as well as supporting not only the judiciary and those in the legal professions, but also the public at large.

The Rock Island County Law Library contains a wide variety of resources as well as two computer terminals with access to Westlaw, a paid subscription legal research service which the county offers at no cost to the public.
