With a lifelong passion for the legal field, Alison Rogers brings both experience and empathy to her role as a Paralegal. A graduate of Grand View University and Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), Alison entered college with a clear goal—to build a career in law—and she’s been dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal process ever since.
Over the years, Alison has worked with several respected law firms in Des Moines, West Des Moines, and Dallas, Texas, gaining valuable experience across diverse areas of practice. She began her career as a Legal Assistant and quickly advanced through a combination of hard work, curiosity, and a commitment to continual learning. One of the most important lessons she’s carried through her career is the value of asking questions—because clarity and communication are key to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Alison’s greatest strengths are her empathy and her dedication to client satisfaction. She takes pride in helping people through difficult situations, ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and understood.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys running and reading, and she loves spending time by the water—especially on trips to Galveston and Corpus Christi.
