Community Health Care Moline
The Community Health Care Moline Clinic offers health care services for patients of all ages. The clinic serves all patients in need, including those with or without insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, with a sliding fee program.
Services include walk-in acute care, pediatrics, school and sports physicals, well checks, and immunizations. The Moline Clinic also offers on-site pharmacy in addition to on-site lab and a behavioral health team for adult and youth mental health services.
Staff at the clinic speak a variety of languages including English, Spanish, and Chinese, with live video translation services for 20 other languages. The clinic is open Tuesday-Friday from 8AM-5PM, Monday from 8AM-7PM, and on Saturday from 9AM-12PM (pediatric patients only).
