VanDerGinst Law Nominated for BBB’s 2019 Torch Awards for Ethics

VanDerGinst Law is excited to announce that we have been nominated for Better Business Bureau’s 2019 Quad Cities Torch Awards for Ethics for the Quad Cities Region!

The Torch Awards honor companies whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character and ensure that the organization’s practices meet the highest standards of ethics which consequently generates trust.

Dennis VanDerGinst, President/CEO of VanDerGinst Law states, “We have an ethical obligation to represent our clients zealously, within the boundaries of law and the rules of professional conduct. In addition to many other things, those rules dictate that we be competent, prompt, communicative and diligent. While we fight fiercely for our clients, we treat our adversaries with fairness, courtesy, and professionalism. We believe it’s because of this that we’ve been recognized.”

Winners for the region will be announced on Thursday, April 25th at 11:45 am at Jumer’s Casino & Hotel in Rock Island. Previous honorees include Blackhawk Bank & Trust, Dahl Ford, Deere Employee Credit Union, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mississippi Valley.
