My 2 yr old son had slipped and fallen on ice during winter because of my landlord’s negligence in salting the sidewalks. He had a concussion. Originally we weren’t going to go after them for pain and suffering but the landlord tried not paying the medical bills so we went for pain and suffering. Got my son what he deserved.
