Summit Family Medical Center
The Summit Family Medical Center is a family practice office that also provides urgent care services for minor illnesses and acute injuries like sprains, fractures, and lacerations.
The clinic also offers other medical services such as comprehensive wellness exams, school and sports physicals and treatment for worker’s compensation injuries.
The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM and Saturday from 9AM-noon.
