VanDerGinst Law is excited to announce that we have been working hard on 2 new podcasts!
Yes, one is dedicated to the law, but the other may surprise you.
We want to be helpful and also entertaining, so we decided to split these two wants into 2 separate podcasts that you can enjoy when the mood strikes you for something fun, or something a little more serious.
One of the fun things is, that both podcasts will have video and audio of the talks and conversations taking place, so you can experience them however you see fit!
We will also have a full transcript available for each episode in case you want to read our advice or some of our riveting interviews.
So what are these podcasts?
Legal Squeaks
We’re a personal injury law firm, so it would be expected that we would have a legal-based podcast.
We also know that legal jargon can be cumbersome to listen to, so we make sure to take topics you care about and talk about them in a way that is informative and entertaining.
They will be in short “squeaks” of information so they are easy to digest and use in your daily life.
We skip all the legal gobbledygook and mumbo jumbo so you don’t fall asleep in the car while driving and listening to us.
Plus, we wanted to make sure our little friend got some recognition.
Uncommon Convos
Our entertainment podcast will be going by the name of Uncommon Convos.
We’ve already had 4 guests on the podcast with several more scheduled to appear!
Who are the guests?
We can’t tell you yet, so stay tuned!
Uncommon Convos seeks to be entertaining, as well as serious in some moments.
We ask questions from our guests that you won’t hear them answer anywhere else, and make it a point not to shy away from serious or controversial topics if our guests are comfortable going in that direction.
So far it has been a wild ride, and you will definitely want to check out the videos we will post for each episode, and subscribe so you don’t miss a beat!

We want to make sure we are creating the shows that our audience wants to see and hear.
That’s why we have some opportunities for you to get involved!
If there is a guest that you are dying to hear us interview for the show, if you have a local or national celebrity connection, or if you want the chance to be on the show, we will have opportunities for you to suggest a guest.
Also, if there is a legal topic that you want us to cover in Legal Squeaks, you will be able to submit your request for that as well.
There may also be opportunities for you to watch a recording live and even ask questions during a recording session and be a part of the fun!
