Have you taken the heartburn drug Zantac?
If so, you will want to attend our Zantac Lawsuit Facebook Live on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm CDT!
We have special guests who will explain what’s happening with Zantac, why it was pulled from the shelves, what you need to know, and answer any questions that you may have.
All you need to do is tune in!
Why Should I Attend?
Zantac allegedly breaks down in the body to a dangerous level of NDMA, a known carcinogen.
On April 1st of 2020, the FDA put out a market-level recall for Zantac, requesting that all manufacturers take the drug off the market.
Zantac has been on the market for 30 years. It has also long been considered safe to take during pregnancy, but may be the cause of birth defects.
If you have a cancer diagnosis after prolonged use of Zantac, you may have a case. If you took Zantac during a pregnancy that resulted in birth defects, you may have a case.
Our livestream will feature experts on the legal matters surrounding Zantac, telling you everything you need to know about this complex and concerning situation.
Who are the Speakers?
We have two speakers from Mass Tort Nexus, a company that is front-and-center in gaining knowledge about mass tort cases, such as Zantac, and sharing that in-depth knowledge and research with others. They will help you understand why Zantac was taken off the shelves and more about the legal process behind mass tort cases.
We also have VanDerGinst Law’s Kitka Galvin who will share insights on the intake process and what to expect when you reach out to share your story with us to see if you have a case.
Lastly, we have Dennis VanDerGinst who will direct the conversation and share information about how you can get the legal help you need if you have had medical issues you believe were a result of taking Zantac.
