Willa Fuqua earned her undergraduate degree in philosophy from Tulane University and earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. During law school, she was a senior editor of the Washington University Law Review.
After law school, Willa clerked for the Honorable Lisa Van Amburg, Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Honorable M. Casey Rodgers, United States District Judge, Northern District of Florida. Prior to joining the VanDerGinst Law firm, Willa was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois, where she practiced civil appellate litigation before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Illinois Appellate Court. She now focuses on personal injury litigation at VanDerGinst Law.
