Claire began her career at VanDerGinst Law during a summer-long position in June 2017, and as of May 2020 she is now back at the firm full time as a Community Outreach Coordinator. Claire spent a year in the Executive Training Program at a local high-end retailer, where she administered high-quality customer service to clients of the company and developed many personal connections. She is always eager to meet new people and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
As a born and raised Moline native, Claire attended Moline High School and graduated in 2015. She then went on to attend Illinois State University. In April 2019, Claire was awarded the Outstanding Senior of the Year within her program. She graduated in May of 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising and a Minor in Business Administration. Through her time in college, Claire was extremely active within her major, involved with three major related clubs, and her sorority, holding numerous chairwoman positions. Claire was also active in many philanthropic events, primarily centered around the deaf and hard of hearing community. Starkey Hearing Foundation, Gallaudet University, and Heart for Hearing were three major areas that Claire’s philanthropic work was centered on.
Claire currently resides in Chicago. She lives in Wicker Park with her two roommates, who also happen to be her best friends. When she is not at work, she enjoys going for walks on the lake, having picnics in the park, hanging out with her best friends, and tending to her many plants.
