Carrie Olson, a 29 year old woman from the Quad Cities, went missing in December of 2013. As too often happens, her disappearance ended in tragedy when she was found dead in a rural area near Hastings, MN. VanDerGinst Law had offered a $1000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts. That money will be offered to the property owner who discovered her body.
Now, the search goes on to discover how and why this tragedy occurred. Certainly, foul play is suspected. VanDerGinst Law has offered another $1000 reward and has spearheaded a fund to increase the reward to be given to the person who supplies information to law enforcement authorities which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Carrie’s death. So far the fund is up to $4000, with $1000 contributions from VanDerGinst Law, American Spirit Charities, Fletcher Ford and Matt Larson. Anyone interested in making further contributions to the fund should contact Dennis VanDerGinst at 309-793-1234.
Anyone with information regarding Carrie’s death should contact the Davenport Police Department at 563-326-6125.
