26,000 “Hillbilly Teeth” Recalled Due To Lead Paint
Friday, April 11th, 2008On April 10, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of a widely-distributed children’s toy that has been on consumer shelves for nearly two years. Named “Hillbilly Teeth,” these fake teeth retail at $2 for a two-pack of fake yellowed teeth in brown gums. Since March of 2005, the toy has been sold in gas stations, grocery stores, drug stores, and mass retailers all across the country. (more…)
